As many as 6 restaurants were awarded the Michelin Green Star for sustainability and numerous restaurants have been awarded with the Slovenian Green Cuisine label, which highlights their commitment to sustainability principles in gastronomy, which bring forth the importance of short supply chains. The new video featuring world-renowned Slovenian chef Ana Roš from the two-starred Michelin restaurant, Hiša Franko, unveils exactly this.
