The author of the book “Jezera Slovenije” is Manca Korelc.
The book is the creation of a Slovenian girl who decided to visit all Slovenian lakes by bicycle. Inspired by hundreds of lakes across the country, she carefully selected 101 lakes that every Slovenian should visit. By the time of writing the book, Manca had already visited over 1400 lakes. When you reach the end of the book, you will know everything about Slovenian lakes (and Manca) and be motivated to explore them.

About Manca Korelc
Manca Korelc is an incredibly energetic entrepreneur from Kočevje, a passionate explorer of lakes, an enthusiastic lecturer, and a dedicated athlete. She holds a master’s degree in Business Studies and has been involved in the field of digital marketing since 2008. In October 2017, she became a freelance entrepreneur, assisting companies in utilizing LinkedIn for marketing and sales purposes.
Since the spring of 2017, when the “Moja jezera” (My Lakes) project emerged, her world has revolved around lakes. Cycling and discovering standing waters have become her lifestyle. Manca truly loves lakes, which is why she has dedicated her life to them.
