The Weekend Food Festival is back and it will take place from 05.05. to 08.05.2022. in Rovinj. The exact location is the Old Tobacco Factory.

The festival will bring together some of the best experts in gastronomy, catering, mixology, oil, and coffee.

Thus, you will have the opportunity to listen to the personal experiences of renowned Chefs from all over the World. Moreover, you will be able to learn from them at Masterclasses. Lectures will be held in gastronomy, mixology, wine, and coffee making.

Furthermore, the coffee weekend is planned where you will be able to taste new coffee aromas and flavors. In mixology classes, you will be able to taste unique cocktails and learn bartending tips and tricks.

Finally, the whole experience will be enhanced by music performances. Do we need to say more?

Most of the names are already announced and they include chef Rasmus Munk, whose cuisine is interesting due to the fact that it includes art installations as well.

Sergey and Ivan Berezutskiy, and Ana Roš, will also participate and they are all chefs from restaurants with 2 Michelin stars.

Among others, the famous Italian chef Massimo Bottura from Osteria Francescana restaurant with 3*** Michelin stars will also be there.

Finally, Paul Ivic is an Austrian chef of Croatian roots that works at Tian restaurants in Vienna and Munich. Tian restaurants are one of few vegetarian restaurants in the World with a Michelin star. Paul Ivic is guided by the zero-waste philosophy and is passionate about educating people about healthy food.
