We are searching for only the best, most innovative, and creative chefs to win the title of the first The Slovenia Young Chef awards.

This year the Slovenia Restaurant Awards presented The Slovenia Dinner, an exclusive event, where 16 of Slovenia’s best chefs together delivered an unforgettable dining experience for more than 100 guests. This occasion also raised 5.000 € for the Young Chef Foundation, with all the contributions to be handed to the best three chefs at the final event.

Winning this competition is all about the chefs’ individual performances, which will be scrutinized by a panel of respected judges. The evaluation is not based on their personality or past triumphs, but on culinary skills and interpretation of the ingredients, they demonstrate when the heat is on!
