On November 24, 2025, Ljubljana will once again take center stage in the region’s technology and business landscape. Following successful editions in Zagreb, Tivat, and London, the international Game Changer 3.0 conference is returning to the Slovenian capital, positioning itself as a key regional platform for dialogue between leading innovators, business executives, and technology experts from Slovenia and abroad.
Hosted at the Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons, the one-day event will feature around 50 prominent local and international speakers across three thematic halls and an expanded expo zone. The conference will revolve around three main content pillars – Big Data & AI, Smart Commerce, and FinTech – offering participants a comprehensive look at the technologies that are already shaping the economy of the future.
This year’s program will focus on advanced technology domains such as artificial intelligence, WEB3, cybersecurity, gamification, social media, SaaS, and marketing, highlighting how these innovations are reshaping business models, customer engagement, and leadership in the digital era.
In the Big Data & AI hall, experts – including representatives from Sandoz, A1 Slovenija, GLS Slovenija, and 2Mobile – will discuss how data is becoming a new strategic currency. Panels will explore AI and data-driven healthcare, security challenges, the ethical use of artificial intelligence, and the emergence of Industry 5.0, where humanoid robots and intelligent systems collaborate seamlessly with humans to create smarter, safer, and more efficient industries.

The FinTech hall will turn its attention to the future of digital finance. Speakers from Visa, Bankart, NLB Skladi, OTP Bank and Leanpay will present the latest trends transforming the financial sector, from neobanking and AI-driven fraud detection to embedded finance and digital payment platforms. A central question will guide the discussion: Why is Slovenia still waiting for its true fintech breakthrough? A special highlight will be the panel “Inside iGaming: A Billion-Dollar Industry You’re (Still) Not Talking About,” featuring leaders from Sportradar, Comtrade Gaming, Golden Whale, and Bragg Gaming Group. The session will offer an insider’s look into one of the fastest-growing industries.
Meanwhile, the Smart Commerce hall will highlight the evolution of e-commerce, covering topics such as subscription-based models, personalized shopping, and AI-powered payment solutions. Among the program’s highlights will be the NextGen Leaders discussion with Dejan Turk (A1 Slovenia & Croatia), Marta Bulhak (Pivovarna Laško Union), and Mohamed Hammam (Pfizer), who will share their perspectives on leadership in the age of AI. Another anticipated session, “Beyond the Michelin Stars,” will feature top regional chefs Igor Jagodic (Strelec), Marko Pavčnik (Pavus), Tomislav Marković (Noel, Zagreb), and Mojmir Šiftar (PEN Klub), exploring the intersection between creativity and business performance.
With a dynamic mix of keynotes, panels, and networking opportunities, Game Changer 3.0 aims to once again connect business leaders, technology pioneers, and creative thinkers who are shaping the digital future. In a time when AI and data-driven insights lie at the heart of strategic decision-making, the conference will provide valuable perspectives on how to understand, implement, and leverage technology to create tangible impact.
