We love working with people who understand the land and the sea as deeply as we do. Franco Petronio indulges us with exceptional olive oil, bottled under our own brand. Agraria Koper provides fresh, seasonal vegetables from surrounding fields. And the meat selection is lovingly and expertly sourced by Uroš Klinec and the Cigoj family.
