Guests can expect a rich program of exercise, workshops, and therapeutic activities for body and mind, such as Free-Running Clinic, Yoga for Runners, Boot Camp Outdoor Circuit Training, Bubbly Mani Pedi Cabana, Free Dive Meditation, Sea-Tox Workout, and Mega Make- up Masterclass. Considering the vibrant and active schedule for Friday and Saturday, Sunday, like every exclusive weekend event of LH&V, is reserved for relaxation and enjoyment. The Recovery Bloody Mary Bar will be open for guests from 9 a.m., when Recovery Yin Yoga, or sound therapy, will also begin. As in the previous two days, the best spa and wellness facilities are available throughout the day.
