This week we will present to you how to make Mojito. A cocktail classic that is perfect for the summer.
Learn how to make Mojito
Originally from Cuba, the Mojito is recognized because of its refreshing qualities and simple preparation.
It was at the iconic bar “La Bodeguita del Medio”, where it became an industry staple and thanks to international celebrities, it was soon recognized across the world.
Inspired by this classic, we suggest preparing it with Diplomático Planas, to have a delicate and well-balanced cocktail. You can also make a version with Diplomático Mantuano, if you prefer dry fruit aromas with underlying vanilla tones.
- 50 ml Planas
- 12,5 ml lime juice
- 12,5 ml sugar syrup
- 25 ml soda
- 4 fresh mint (4 big leaves or 6 small ones)
Serve straight up
Add fresh mint directly to a tall glass, softly muddle and incorporate all ingredients, top off with ice and soda.
