The family has a passion for food that is apparent in everything they
create, from cheese and cured meat products to a wide selection of
wines. What they do not produce themselves is sourced from farmers
and producers in the surrounding area. Their philosophy is to create
uncomplicated cuisine made from the finest ingredients available to

region.
