“This workshop is suitable for everyone who loves a glass of sparkling wine and wants to know more about it. We hope to strengthen the awareness about the amazing quality of sparking wines this region has to offer and to educate about this noble drink,” said Miha Istenič from the family firm which has celebrated it’s 50th anniversary last year and saw this year bring them two medals at Decanter World Wine Awards (a bronze for Gourmet Rose and a silver for Prestige Extra Brut) and two wins at the recent Slovenian Wine Festival (in white and rose sparkling wines categories).
