The quality of Slovenian gastronomy for Michelin is no surprise, now it is just time to introduce it to our readers. At the intersection of the worlds, Slovenia is a unique destination with exceptional natural assets and a strong sustainable commitment that enables the production of ingredients of the highest quality. Talented Slovenian chefs transform these into unique culinary creations that, through Michelin’s eyes, position Slovenia as a ‘must go’ destination.”

However, he emphasized that Slovenia’s culinary potential has increased tremendously to this date and how much the Michelin guideis of great importance for tourism of the rated country.

Around 84 % of traveleres trust the recommendations of the Michelin Guide, therefore, Perrier sees this arrival of Michelin guide as a huge positive impact on the country’s culinary scene and its development as well.
