Considered by those in the know as one of the best restaurants in the
\nregion, if not the entire country, O\u0161terija Debeluh and acclaimed head
\nchef Jure Tomi\u010d have built up a well-earned reputation for innovative,
\nbeautifully presented and most importantly delicious dishes. With
\ntheir main focus always on simple, clean and seasonal flavours,
\nthe unassuming Debeluh is styled as a quaint French countryside
\nrestaurant, and the atmosphere is intimate and warm, with antique
\nchandeliers, candles and framed paintings. The decor reflects the
\ndishes, both being a combination of tradition and modern elegance.
\nThere’s an equally impressive wine list, compiled in part by Tomi\u010d, who
