The Bled Water Festival brings the most current and innovative topics on water and presents Slovenian and global trends. Deepen your knowledge, share ideas and talk to the best players in this field at Bled Hotel Astoria on June 13 and 14.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Bled Water Festival<\/a> is co-organized by the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning<\/a> of the Republic of Slovenia.<\/p>\n

IT CAN BE DONE! Opening the festival excellent examples of good practice in a sustainable business model will be presented in terms of the nature and commitment of young people with the desire to participate in strategic projects for better tomorrow.<\/p>\n

WE SECURE: The Panel Innovative water resource conservation approaches reveals the challenges of sustainable water resource management and the opportunities offered by transnational integration and integrated consideration of this area. The experience points to the knowledge and examples of good practices that have been created and recognized in the framework of European Union projects. Presenting: JP VOKA Snaga Ljubljana, Slovenian Environment Agency and Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering, University of Ljubljana.<\/p>\n

WE INFLUENCE: The Kamnik Caving Club will present in the framework of Potable spring water and waterway to the Kamnik-Savinja Alps panel, how it looks in the practice when the pollution reaches the groundwater. They will present the findings of the analysis of water resources and talk about solutions with which this can be avoided in the future. Speakers will be Dr Janko Urbanc, Barbara Strajnar, Vido Kregar, Franz Josef Smrtnik and Dr Rajko Slapnik.<\/p>\n

WE MANAGE: The representatives of AITSA, Maribor Water Distribution System, Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia will speak about digitalisation and cybernetic safety in the field of water and drinking water management.<\/p>\n

WE RECOGNIZE: Panel Health Ecology will reveal how the quality of the environment (in case of water) affects human health with the example of last year’s award-winning project of Ericsson Nikola Tesla Croatia. Their view on this topic will share also Prof Dr Mihael Jo\u017eef Toman from the Biotechnical Faculty University of Ljubljana and Iztok Rozman from the The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia.<\/p>\n

WE INNOVATE: We are organizing panel with investors in technologies for improving the environment and solving the problems of climate change. We present examples of innovative solutions and good practices in water and water management, which will be crowned with the international awards BWF ceremony at the end of the festival.<\/p>\n

WE COMMIT: The Bled Water Festival created a bridge between the economy and the government for better tomorrow and faster implementation of projects to improve the quality of life. Representatives of the economy and the government will sign a commitment for the implementation of the UN goals set out in the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development. The commitment refers to the achievement of Goal 6.<\/p>\n

NEW DIMENSIONS OF WATER: For the first time, we will host Hanuel Kim, a certified water sommelier and conduct guided water tasting in Slovenia. Hanuel Kim, a Certified Water Sommelier from South Korea will lead us.<\/p>\n
