Hi\u0161a Franko je novinka na seznamu 50 najbolj\u0161ih restavracij sveta (50 Best), a njena zapu\u0161\u010dina je stara \u017ee ve\u010d kot pol stoletja, ko je Valterjev o\u010de Franko v gostilni \u0161e stregel svoj znameniti Frankov rostbif.<\/p>\n<p>Njihova restavracija tesno sodeluje z lokalnimi pridelovalci in prisega na uporabo lokalnih surovin. Za divja zeli\u0161\u010da, rastline in gobe imajo kar lastnega nabiralca Miho, ki jih oskrbuje s tistim, kar sezona ponuja v okoli\u0161kih gozdovih, na travnikih in v mo\u010dvirnatih predelih. Imajo tudi svojo zeli\u0161\u010darico, \u010dudovito Loredano, ki prina\u0161a doma\u010de zeli\u0161\u010dne \u010daje.
