He\u2019s been working with wood for a long time, and also works restoring wooden objects. The secret behind the seductive black patina is a long soak in wine vinegar. The special mix of mineral oils and bee\u2019s wax used for the finish makes these utensils waterproof and safe both for serving food and for washing. And his compelling designs are used by many renowned chefs.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spoons from wooden leftovers.<\/h4><p>These modern and minimalist, and at the same time traditionally inspired wooden products \u2013 boards, bowls, cookers, cutlery \u2013 boast a range of unique shapes and real utility. In their production the author \u2013 fascinated by Japanese handicrafts and Scandinavian shapes and colours \u2013 combines high-tech with handmade techniques.
