They additionally grow international varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. <\/p><p>In their winemaking practices they rely on tradition and in-depth knowledge of local terroir, combining this with advanced technology and state-of-the-art facilities.
