It will now be held in Ljubljana from 7th to 9th November. In case the COVID-19 situation worsens, the organiser will adjust the program and the format of the event accordingly.<\/p><p>World\u2019s top chefs and extraordinary individuals from the culinary, art and media fields will come to Slovenia between 7th and 9th November 2020. Through their stories, they shall inspire and encourage us to think forward and work toward a better and more sustainable future.<\/p><p>The highlight of the three-day event will be on Monday, 9th November, at a full-day Symposium. Under the baton of Ana Ro\u0161, the world\u2019s best chef, awarded two Michelin stars and the World Tourism Organization ambassador, as well as curator Andrea Petrini, who is considered one of the key players in gastronomy, the speakers with their stories will teach, inspire and encourage us to think and work towards a better and sustainable future.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to expect from the European Food Summit in Ljubljana? <\/h2><p>Chefs, (food) writers, wine makers and other genius minds are coming to Ljubljana to share their ideas, concerns and inspiring stories to discuss the future of food \u00a0\u2013\u00a0<strong>Nicolai N\u00f8rregaard<\/strong>, Chef at Kadeau restaurants,\u00a0<strong>Marie-Claude Lortie,\u00a0<\/strong>Journalist and activist from Canada,\u00a0<strong>Lisa Abend<\/strong>, a writer from Denmark,\u00a0<strong>Maria Canabal<\/strong>, Founder and president of the Parabere Forum,\u00a0<strong>Alberto Landgraf<\/strong>, Chef at Oteque, Brazil and many more. The event is only as great as the people creating it.
