While we still fully expect the dragons of Zmajski Most to come alive and rain fire
\non Ljubljana, 2020 seems to be straightening out a little as autumn approaches.
\nFamous last words, right? International voices and optimism have returned to the
\nstreets of the capital, with a plethora of events and celebrations on the fall calendar.
\nAnd if 2020 couldn\u2019t get any weirder, Laibach is playing at the castle on September<\/p>

What a world, what a world.<\/p>


Life in Ljubljana is strolling on, one eye on world events and one eye on the future,
in that inimitable Slovenian sort of way. Restaurants are serving world-class food,
museums and galleries are offering a veritable buffet of culture and the bars and ca
fes of the city are seeing their terraces fill up, just in time for the fluctuating weather
of the Slovenian autumn. Hey, we never said it was going to be easy.<\/p>


That\u2019s just the thing; it is easy. Ljubljana is an easy city to love, no matter the state of
play with the Gods. Good weather? Plonk that botty by the Ljubljanica and sample
all the craft beers the city has to offer. Bad weather? Museums, galleries and more
on every corner (not literally, but you get the point). We\u2019ll be here, still scratching
our heads at the idea of Laibach at the Castle.<\/p>
