Of course we all know that drizzling some olive or pumpkinseed oil\nover vanilla ice-cream is good, but what they asked for was something that really\nstands out. One of the requests I had was if I could make sweets with high end\nolive oil. Maybe you have tasted the results on Sladka Istra last year and the\nyear before?<\/p><p>A\nrestaurant\/campsite in our valley also makes a very good dry apple cider, and\nwhen they asked me to make a BBQ sauce for their ribs, I used their cider. Best\nsauce I ever made!<\/p><p>And\nalthough the world is opening up, it still seems wise to try to find our\nhappiness and activities in our own environment, so I thought it is time to\nshare a few of my recipes. Some are a secret by request of the company that\nasked me to create it, but some are not. Time for some experiments in your\nkitchen! Drain, but save the water they\nwere cooked in. Let cool down a little and put in the blender with the other\ningredients. Blend till smooth. If you think the mass is to solid, add some of\nthe date fluid. <\/p><p>Put it in a\nclean jar and cool in the refrigerator.<\/p><p>Use in\nsweet desserts, on biscuit, in a cake and drizzle with some olive oil.<\/p><p>Chocolate\nmousse with whisky and chilli olive oil<\/p><p>120 grams\n70% chocolate cut in pieces<\/p><p>2 egg yolks<\/p><p>1 dl cream\nto heat<\/p><p>2 \u00bd dl\ncream to whisk<\/p><p>1 egg\nwhite, whipped<\/p><p>1\ntablespoon whisky<\/p><p>Chilli\nolive oil<\/p><p>Warm the 1 dl cream with the whiskey till it is almost boiling. Take off the fire and put the chocolate in. Leave for a few minutes and whisk till it is smooth. If it is cooled down a little you can add and mix the egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of chilli oil. Mix carefully with the whipped cream till it is a fluffy mass.
