After the reveal of the first Michelin stars in Slovenia, the french restaurant guide Michelin published the “Michelin Guide Main cities of Europe 2020”.<\/strong><\/h2>

The famous French Michelin guide has placed Ljubljana in their newest edition of Michelin Guide Main cities of Europe. Alongside Ljubljana, Cracow was among the first city with Michelin stars in Europe. <\/p>

The Michelin Guide covers 39 cities in 23 countries and recommends over 1,850 restaurants. Ljubljana<\/strong>, the capital city of Slovenia, features in the Guide for the first time. Here restaurant Atelje<\/a><\/strong>, under chef Jorg Zupan, receives a MICHELIN star.<\/a><\/strong> The chef uses his extensive experience gained from working in kitchens around the world to create dishes that are simple yet refined and in a setting that is fashionable and relaxed. <\/p>

Alongside Atelje, gostilna Na Gradu<\/a><\/strong> received its first Bib Gourmand was also featured as another reason to visit Ljubljana based on gastronomy.<\/p>

Michelin, with various gastronomic enthusiasts in mind, recommends the best bars of different price ranges and amenities. The Main cities of Europe 2020 guide also includes Ljubljana restaurants that have been awarded the Michelin plate: AS, B-Restaurant, Cubo, Harfa, JB, Maxim, Monstera bistro, Separ\u00e9, Shambala, Strelec, Sushimama, Valvas’or and Vander.<\/p>
