Since 2018 he has been cooking for us at the Evergreen restaurant at one of the most beautiful golf courses in Slovenia, Smlednik Golf Club. <\/strong><\/h2><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Today we asked Mojmir \u0160iftar what he thinks about the arrival of the Michelin Guide to Slovenia.<\/h2><p>Mojmir \u0160iftar is an amazing and talented chef at the Evergreen Restaurant in Smlednik, just a short drive away from the city center of Ljubljana. Surrounded by the amazing green and lush golf course, Mojmir \u0160iftar serves amazing dishes. Mojmir \u0160iftar is 28 years old, but don&#8217;t let that fool you, as he started cooking at the age of 14, alongside one of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/the-slovenia.com\/gastronomy\/restaurants\/what-does-janez-bratovz-think-about-the-michelin-guide\/\">best Slovenian chefs, Janez Bratov\u017e at Restavracija JB<\/a><\/strong>. Will, it will mean a new motivational impetus or an additional burden and pressure. As far as gastronomy is concerned, (Michelin Guide in Slovenia) is definitely welcomed, as it puts the region on a new gastronomy world map and this encourages new gastronomic enthusiasts to come to Slovenia.<\/em>&#8220;<\/p><p><strong>THE: What kind of an impact will the Michelin Guide have for Slovenian gastronomy?<\/strong> <strong>Will there be any consequences?<\/strong><\/p><p> Mojmir \u0160iftar:  &#8220;<em>The consequences will mainly depend on how we as a nation, will use the potential of the (Michelin) Guide in Slovenia.
