We will be making Samosa!<\/strong><\/h2><p><strong>What you need:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 1 cup all purpose flour (Maida)<\/li><li>Water to Knead dough<\/li><li>2tbsp oil<\/li><li>Little salt<\/li><li>1\/4th tsp. Ajwain<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>For stuffing: <\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 3-4 Potatoes (boiled, peeled &amp; mashed)<\/li><li>1\/2 cup Green Peas (boiled)<\/li><li>1\/2tsp Garlic (crushed)<\/li><li>1tbsp coriander seed<\/li><li>1tbs cumin seeds jeera<\/li><li>Few chopped Cashews<\/li><li>Few Raisins<\/li><li>1\/2tsp coriander powder<\/li><li>\u00bd tbs turmeric<\/li><li>Salt to taste<\/li><li>Red chili powder to taste<\/li><li>1-2 Green Chilies (OPTIONAL) <\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> How to make samosa?<\/strong><\/h2><p><strong>For Cover:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mix all the ingredients (salt, oil, ajwain) except water.<\/li><li>\u00a0Add a little water at a time.<\/li><li>Pat and knead well for several times into a soft pliable dough.<\/li><li>Cover it with moist Muslin cloth and keep aside for 15 minutes.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>For Stuffing: <\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In a bowl add mashed potatoes and all dry masalas, green chilles, garlic and mix well.<\/li><li>Add green peas, cashews and raisins and mix well.<\/li><\/ul><p> <strong>Next: <\/strong> <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Make small rolls of dough and roll it into a 4&#8243;-5&#8243; diameter circle.<\/li><li>Cut it into two parts like semi-circle.<\/li><li>Now take one semi circle and fold it like a cone. Use water while doing so.<\/li><li>Place a spoon of filling in the cone and seal the third side using a drop of water.<\/li><li>Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry till golden brown (fry on a medium flame).<\/li><li>Serve samosa hot with hari chutney, tamarind chutney. <\/li><\/ul><!-- CONTENT END 1 -->\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today we are cooking with Indian restaurant Namaste.
