Sparkling wine is believed to have first emerged in France in the early 1600s, and apparently quite by accident, when the wine went through an unplanned second fermentation.<\/h2>

Ironic as it seems now, winemakers in the Champagne region<\/a> at the time disliked the bubbles and thought of it as an unwanted flaw. Today, sparkling wine<\/a> is enjoyed the world over, and all producers have their own variations and secret recipes, as does the Frange\u017e House of Sparkling Wines, where each of the eight varieties has been carefully crafted to produce top quality and distinctive sparkling wines. <\/p>

With the addition of some exquisite fruit flavours, including sour cherry, strawberry and peach, they offer a unique range that is sure to satisfy even the most fastidious of palates.
