The designs are all created using\na principle of FQ, or Fashion Intelligence Quotient, which promotes the\nlongevity of forms and compatibility of pieces from new collections with\nprevious ones. Majda Mrzelj was a designer and a weaver by\nprofession and her husband carefully and diligently planned and made looms\nbased on the available museum exhibits. Upgrading, improving and perfecting the\ntraditional techniques of weaving was a challenge for the unique designer, her\ndaughter Katarina Mrzelj, a landscape architect. Katarina started weaving in a unique and\nexperimental way combining both the present and the past.&nbsp;Mrzelj hand-woven linen clothing attracts and\nastonishes with its elegant harmony, fairy-like femininity, amiability,\nnaturalness; with its delicate structure and artistic accent of the fabric\ntexture, but also with the natural materials and their primary colors. Katarina\u2019s\nindependent style, her vision and visibility speak of elegance with style for\nevery occasion.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sens<\/strong><\/h2><p>Smart suits, shirts and a range of stylish\naccessories from a local brand pioneered by the designer Zlata Zava\u0161nik,\nSens designs and manufactures in small\nbatches ensuring both quality and exclusivity. This last item is an indication of\nthe wit and individuality that Teja\nbrings to her work. Trained at the Faculty of Design in Ljubljana, and then at\nLeeds College of Art in the UK, all the bags that Teja Jegli\u010d\nputs her name to are handmade from high quality materials. Even Lady Gaga wasn&#8217;t immune to the appeal of his creations,\nand wore several of them. Born and raised in small town of Ko\u010devje in Slovenia,\nMovrin, a son of a butcher, continues to draw inspiration from his origins. As\na young boy, Peter would use meat and transform it to make his creations. Even\nnow, meat is one of the major inspirations in his career, and his designs that\nfeature leather and wool ooze harshness with a dash of romanticism. The latter\nsprings from his childhood love of perfumes. She started her\nbrand of everyday men&#8217;s wear in 2014, and is a regular at Ljubljana&#8217;s fashion\nweek.
