\u201cA journey through the flavors of the Vipava Valley\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>

The Vipava Valley is a\nlovely region, full of hidden trails for those who enjoy long walks and bike\ntrips. <\/p>

In 2018 it has been placed on a list of 10 Best European Destinations by a renowned travel guide publisher, Lonely Planet \u2013 a more than credible source for travelers. They called it \u201ca treasure, hidden in the heart of Europe\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>

It can be said that the Vipava Valley is a gem of active adventure and enogastronomic experience.<\/p>

The valley\nis not only distinguished by its breathtaking landscape, but also by its exquisite wine and gastronomic choice.<\/p>

Due to very\nfavorable natural conditions and mild Mediterranean climate, viticulture has\nhad its roots in this valley for centuries. And every season, it delivers\npremium ingredients for local cuisine.<\/p>

The Vipava Valley offers us all countless opportunities to immerse ourselves in its colors, aromas, and tastes.<\/strong><\/p>

The\nopportunity for enogastronomic experiences of the Vipava Valley, and the first\nmotive for visiting it, was offered to us by\nthe \u201cGuerilla Wine and Culinary Week\u201d \u2013 from March 5th <\/sup>to 8th<\/sup>. Two outstanding local players joined forces:\nthe restaurant Termika and the biodynamic cellar Guerila. <\/p>
