Luka Ko\u0161ir, one of the best and most original (not to mention talented) Slovenian chefs, has transformed Gostilna Gri\u010d into one of the most desirable goals of lovers of fine cuisine in Slovenia.<\/h2>

Today we asked Luka Ko\u0161ir what he thinks about the arrival of the Michelin Guide to Slovenia. <\/h2>

Luka Ko\u0161ir is the excellent chef behind Gostilna Gri\u010d<\/a><\/strong>. In the village of \u0160entjo\u0161t nad Horjulom is the delightful Gostilna Gri\u010d<\/a><\/strong>. Many places may claim the old \u2018traditional food with a modern twist\u2019, but Gri\u010d certainly delivers on that promise<\/a><\/strong>. It all starts with Luka Ko\u0161ir<\/a><\/strong>, one of the best young chefs in Slovenia, who earned his stripes under the mentorship of the famed Janez Bratov\u017e at JB Restaurant<\/a><\/strong>. Luka has a simple philosophy \u201cgood ingredients make good food, and you do not need a silver spoon to eat it\u201d.<\/p>
