For those traveling with a budget, we recommend taking the bus from the main bus station in Ljubljana. The bus ticket range from 10 euros up. However, we would recommend checking the water levels before embarking on the trip from Slovenia to Venice. The city on the water is known to have a high water\/flooding season which usually lasts from November till March. Flooding can affect the lowest pars of the city, including the tourist hot spot of St. Mark&#8217;s Square.
