Ana Ro\u0161 is a self-taught cook who made the list of  The World&#8217;s 50 Best Restaurants. You probably know her from the 2016s Netflix series &#8220;Chef&#8217;s Table&#8221;, where they highlighted how she redefined Slovenian cuisine at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/the-slovenia.com\/uncategorized\/hisa-franko\/\">Hi\u0161a Franko<\/a><\/strong>. Her cooking philosophy is &#8220;the kitchen is a symbiosis of 3 elements: the territory, the season and the personality of the chef&#8221;.
