Ana Ro\u0161 is without a doubt the most recognizable Slovenian chef<\/a><\/strong> in the world. Ana Ro\u0161 is a self-taught cook who made the list of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. You probably know her from the 2016s Netflix series “Chef’s Table”, where they highlighted how she redefined Slovenian cuisine at Hi\u0161a Franko<\/a><\/strong>. Her cooking philosophy is “the kitchen is a symbiosis of 3 elements: the territory, the season and the personality of the chef”. Ana Ro\u0161 sees cooking a lot like painting – and if you take away her colors, she has nothing to paint with. <\/p>
