Slovenian gastronomic destination \/ The roundtable \/ 29.1.2020<\/h1>\n

We invite you to the round table \u201cSlovenian gastronomic destination\u201d<\/b> as part of The Slovenia Restaurant Awards project. At the round table we will discuss with experts the topic of recognizing Slovenia as a key gastronomic destination. At the same time, we will touch upon this year’s selection of The Slovenia Restaurant Awards<\/b><\/a> and trust you with what we can serve you this year.<\/p>\n

We are in a unique location where four major gastronomic regions are intertwined by STO distribution<\/a> and classification, each with its own rich gastronomic heritage. The visibility of Slovenia as a gastronomic destination is growing year by year, which goes to the credit of Ana Ro\u0161 by winning the prestigious title of Best Female Chef in 2017, the flood of gastronomic guides such as Gault Millau and the novelty of this year’s Michelin guide, as well as the only national selection of The Best Restaurants in The Slovenia Restaurant Awards.<\/p>\n

The roundtable will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2020 at 2 pm at the Ur\u0161ka Hall at the Alpe Adria Fair<\/a>.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

The round table will be followed by a press conference<\/b> on The Slovenia Restaurant Awards<\/b>, where we will present the novelties of this year’s selection and reveal the official date of the event.<\/p>\n

We will also present the new book The Slovenia Restaurants<\/b><\/a>, which combines an overview of the top 201 restaurants in Slovenia, selected by The Slovenia Restaurant Awards for 2019 – 2020.<\/p>\n
