doca is coming to Croatia\u2019s first Tribute Portfolio hotel \u2013 a new waterfront address in Rijeka<\/strong><\/h2>

Rijeka\u2019s new food and social destination<\/strong> will bring together breakfast by the sea, contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, cocktails, interiors by Saar Zafrir<\/strong> and the kind of evenings that have little interest in checking the clock.<\/p>

Rijeka, 18 August 2026<\/strong> \u2013 doca Restaurant, Bar & Lounge<\/strong> is coming soon to Rijeka\u2019s waterfront, bringing a new destination for dining and socialising to Jadran, Rijeka, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel<\/strong>. Created for hotel guests, Rijeka locals and visitors to the city alike, doca is designed to move with the rhythm of the day \u2013 from breakfast and lunch to cocktails, sunset and dinner.<\/p>

There are places you arrive at with a plan. And others that make you change it.<\/p>

doca<\/strong> belongs firmly in the second category. The idea is simple: a day by the sea does not need a strict schedule. It might start with breakfast, continue over lunch, drift towards a cocktail at sunset and end with dinner a little later than intended.<\/p>

Located directly by the sea, within the new Jadran, Rijeka, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel<\/strong> in the Pe\u0107ine neighbourhood<\/strong>, doca was never conceived as simply another hotel restaurant. Instead, it will be a destination in its own right, open to the city \u2013 for anyone drawn in by good food, a glass of wine, the view, or simply the feeling that it might be worth staying a little longer.<\/p>

You will not need a room number to have breakfast at doca. Mornings will be open to outside guests too, with coffee, breakfast and the sea in front of you. The name itself follows the same idea.
