It offers numerous opportunities for <strong>hiking<\/strong> (with Grintovec being one of the most popular peaks), <strong>walking<\/strong>, and <strong>cycling<\/strong>, along with a wide range of natural and cultural attractions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"52\" data-end=\"349\"><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"351\" data-end=\"800\">Next to the Kamni\u0161ka Bistrica mountain lodge lies the source of the <strong>Kamni\u0161ka Bistrica River<\/strong>. At this spot, crystal-clear and icy-cold water seeps through moss-covered rocks. The water briefly collects in a small artificial lake further downstream, before eventually flowing into the Sava and Ljubljanica rivers. On a clear, sunny day, when sunlight filters through the treetops and the lake shimmers, the valley reveals its full, breathtaking charm.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"1173\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Near the lake stands <strong>Ple\u010dnik&#8217;s manor<\/strong>, formerly known as the hunting lodge of King Alexander I. It was designed in 1932 by the renowned Slovenian architect Jo\u017ee Ple\u010dnik, and during the Yugoslav era, it was frequently used by Josip Broz \u2013 Tito. Since 1970, the valley has also featured a memorial park dedicated to all those who lost their lives in the Kamnik\u2013Savinja Alps.<\/p>\n<div id=\"block-yui_3_17_2_1_1535725030365_336784\" class=\"sqs-block html-block sqs-block-html\" data-block-type=\"2\">\n<div class=\"sqs-block-content\">\n<p data-start=\"57\" data-end=\"332\">Where the Kamni\u0161ka Bistrica River narrows the most, you\u2019ll find the <strong>Predaselj gorges<\/strong>, known as Veliki (Great) and Mali (Small) Predaselj. The Great Predaselj plunges as deep as 30 meters. The gorge offers a stunning view of the crystal-clear river winding through the valley.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"334\" data-end=\"554\">Also located in the valley is the <strong data-start=\"368\" data-end=\"389\">Orglice Waterfall<\/strong>, which is about 30 meters high. In the background, majestic peaks rise above 2,500 meters, creating a breathtaking backdrop to the landscape. The shepherds\u2019 settlement truly comes to life in summer, helping preserve a centuries-old tradition.<\/p>\n\n<p>At the top of the plateau stands the <strong>Chapel of Our Lady of the Snows<\/strong>, watching protectively over the settlement.
