With dishes that change with the seasons, or as a stroke of genius hits Ros\u030c, all of the produce used is foraged around His\u030ca Franko.<\/p>\n<p>Behind His\u030ca Franko is a huge garden, with a babbling creek running be- side it. With a history that\u2019s nearly as rich as the dishes Ros\u030c prepares, it\u2019s not difficult to see why the His\u030ca Franko building is a popular destination in its own right. Over the building\u2019s lifetime, it has been a village mill, an inn, part of a big estate and a hospital during the First World War.<\/p>\n<p>His\u030ca Franko offers package deals, which include an exclusive stay in one of their stylish, modern rooms, massages and exquisite breakfasts the next day. His\u030ca Franko can also be hired out for catering events, with some of their past catering jobs being for weddings on desolate islands, parties deep in the forest, galas, or more intimate events, just for friends and family.
