The vegetation that grows and blooms in areas with minimal human influence ensures high-quality honey with a protected geographical indication. Behind every jar of this Slovenian honey stands a dedicated and responsible beekeeper \u2013 Marko Cesar.<\/strong><\/p><p>With a touch of innovation, he adds imaginative flavors to honey, turning it into a true indulgence for the taste buds \u2013 earning numerous awards and recognitions along the way.<\/p><p>One of the greatest achievements in his beekeeping journey was the <strong>IMK 2019 nomination for the Innovative Young Farmer Award<\/strong>, where Marko was ranked among the top eight young innovators. In <strong>2022<\/strong>, the Cesar Beekeeping brand received international acclaim at the <strong>New York Wine Competition<\/strong>, where their <strong>Sparkling Mead BRUT<\/strong> won a <strong>Platinum Medal<\/strong>, while the <strong>Sweet Sparkling Mead<\/strong> and <strong>Classic Mead<\/strong> both received <strong>Silver Medals<\/strong>.
