At the heart of the festival lies the prestigious <strong>Conventa Best Event Award (CBEA)<\/strong> \u2013 one of Europe\u2019s leading competitions for the best live, hybrid, and digital events.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What makes CBEA 2025 special?<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u2728 <strong>Dates<\/strong>: 8\u20139 September 2025<br>\u2728 <strong>Venue<\/strong>: Palatium Hall, Ljubljana Castle<br>\u2728 <strong>Finalists<\/strong>: 55 projects from 16 countries<br>\u2728 <strong>Categories<\/strong>: B2B, B2C, B2E, and Crossover events<br>\u2728 <strong>Awards<\/strong>: Unicorn Awards &amp; Special Recognitions<\/p><p>The Conventa Best Event Award has been running since 2012, and it has become a <strong>benchmark for excellence in event marketing<\/strong>. What makes the award unique is its <strong>80:20 evaluation model<\/strong> \u2013 80% of the score comes from the expert jury, while 20% comes from live audience voting at Conventa Crossover. This ensures credibility, transparency, and inclusiveness.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>55 Finalists from Across Europe<\/strong><\/h2><p>This year\u2019s edition reached a new record with <strong>55 finalists<\/strong>. Projects were carefully selected by a 24-member international jury, and each event was evaluated by at least ten jury members.
