What was your most important lesson in 2023?<\/strong><\/h2>

In 2023, my most crucial lesson was the paramount importance of adaptability. The ever-evolving landscape of business demands a nimble approach. Organisations that excel are those embracing change, pivoting swiftly, and fostering a culture where adaptability is not just a skill but a mindset. Additionally, when working with various clients, I recognised that topics such as stress management, mindfulness, and zen are recognised by organisations’ HR but are not initially volunteered for by employees. There is still a widely spread stigma around these topics (as if attending a stress management workshop means one is almost mentally ill), and employees become fascinated by the positive effects of such workshops after attending them.<\/p>

What global trend will shape 2024?<\/strong><\/h2>

The continued integration of technology with human-centric approaches will be in my opinion a defining global trend in 2024. The convergence of AI, machine learning, and human psychology will redefine how businesses operate, emphasising a more empathetic and personalised connection with customers and employees alike.<\/p>
