It is located near the village of Vol\u010dji Potok, approximately 20 kilometers north of Ljubljana. In March, the park comes alive with beautiful daffodils, and in spring, visitors can enjoy a stroll among the daffodils planted in various locations throughout the park. It was established in 1952 on the former estate of the Counts of Attems. In spring, visitors to the Arboretum can stroll among the daffodils in various locations throughout the park.<\/p><p>In addition to the rich plantings of daffodils from previous years, we planted more than 200,000 new narcissus bulbs in the fall, which will bloom slightly later, and visitors will likely be able to admire them until the end of April. Along the avenue, we planted a selection of daffodils with 40 different varieties, varying in flower size, from miniature ones barely 2 cm in diameter to truly large flowers with a diameter of 10 cm. Particularly special are the varieties that have a mesmerizing fragrance, as well as those with multiple flowers and double flowers. In addition to various shades of yellow daffodil flowers, visitors will be able to see various white and orange varieties, as well as special daffodils with a pink corona. This year, for the first time, such a large number of daffodil varieties will be on display in one place, making it easier for visitors to compare their beauty.
