In 1985, together with a few\u00a0other wine producers from the <a href=\"https:\/\/the-slovenia.com\/slovenia\/goriska-brda-slovenias-tuscany-2\/\">Brda region<\/a>, they established a vintners\u2019\u00a0society called Brajda. Brajda\u2019s aim was for Brda to be recognised as an\u00a0area dedicated to winemaking and producing top quality wines.<\/p>\n<p>Today,\u00a0that vision has been fulfilled and Brda is now firmly established as one\u00a0of Slovenia\u2019s most popular wine regions. With many years experience in\u00a0the hospitality industry the Bu\u017einel family pride themselves on giving\u00a0their guests the very best dining experience they have to offer. Three\u00a0generations actively work throughout all areas of the business, one of\u00a0whom will always be in the restaurant to greet guests and ensure that\u00a0they have all they need. They enjoy nothing more than seeing their\u00a0guests relaxed and satisfied.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant exclusively serves seafood\u00a0from the Adriatic Sea, and dishes are presented with freshly picked vegetables\u00a0and salads all grown on the surrounding hillside, which means\u00a0their menu changes frequently to follow the seasons and support the local producers. All deserts are homemade &#8211; be sure to try their ice\u00a0cream and chocolate souffl\u00e9. Situated just a few hundred metres from\u00a0the Italian border, the restaurant terrace boasts spectacular views across\u00a0the Brda region.
