The Buyer is any person that places an order and receives confirmation of the order from the Provider. The Provider is committed to continually safeguarding Users\u2019 personal information. The Provider shall use personal information solely to fill orders (send information, offers, and invoices) and for necessary communication. After that the buyer must return the goods to the company within 14 days after the written notification on the following address: IQbator d.o.o., Miklo\u0161i\u010deva 38, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.\u00a0The buyer covers the costs of return of goods. IQbator d.o.o returns the entire purchase price instantly after the receipt of returned goods in the original method of payment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Checkout process<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When you click the VIEW CART button, you can change any of the quantities of the products selected and then also click the \u201cUpdate quantities\u201d button.<\/li>\n<li>An order can be placed as a registered user or a guest.<\/li>\n<li>The history and order status can be monitored at any time for registered costumers under \u201cMy Account\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>All the information about the order is also sent to your email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>YOUR ORDER IS WAITING<\/strong><br \/>After placing your order, you receive an email\u00a0with your order details. We will check the availability of products and will either confirm or deny the order with a reason. We are doing everything to update all the products in stock at our online shop. Despite we are doing our best, there is a possibility of mistakes, because of the uniqueness of our products. Besides that, we have two physical shops and it is also possible the same product is bought at the same time. For all these reasons it can happen that our products is unavailable. In this case we will try our best to provide the availability of product. If we will not be able to provide it, we will to refund the purchase money.<\/li>\n<li><strong>YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETED<\/strong><br \/>We dispatch the product after we receive payment through pro forma invoice. You are informed about your dispatched product by an email. When the product is dispatched, the order gets the status \u201ecompleted\u201c. Your receipt is included in your parcel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Complaints and disputes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The service provider adheres to the applicable laws on consumer protection.
