Open-air photo exhibition “Changing Realities – human influence on climate change” by David VerbercktOpen-air photo exhibition “Changing Realities – human influence on climate change” by David Verberckt, opening in Pordasinci. David Verberckt is a Belgian photojournalist who works on topics where humans are central to the narrative of societies affected by long-lasting conflict, war, social injustice, climate change and human induced environmental destruction. He has been in Pordašinci for 16 years where he has established a relation with villagers. For that reason, he wanted to bring his photographic work to a natural, rural environment with free access where local residents and visitors of the region can see a series of photographs tackling the topic of how climate change affects the ancestral and natural habitat of people. Exhibition opening on 29. July 2023 at 18:00, at the parking lot next to the village hall in Pordasinci. The exhibition will be showing until 10. September 2023.
