The Ljubljana Festival International Competition – Brass Quintets and Quartets 2025 is organised by one of the most prestigious cultural events organisers in the world. The inaugural edition of the competition will take place in Ljubljana from 24 February to 1 March 2025. Competitors will have the opportunity to express their creativity and technical proficiency as members of brass chamber ensembles. The competition aims to bring together promising and talented musicians from all over the world and facilitate an interchange of experiences, knowledge and artistic expression, while also encouraging innovation and the creation of musical experiences that will electrify audiences.
Competition is open to professional Brass chamber ensembles of all nationalities. The ensembles, whose joint average age does not exceed 30, allowed to apply are:
