Born in Lebanon, Ribal Molaeb began his studies at the Mozarteum in Salzburg and continued at the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, where he graduated with honors in 2018. He played several solo recitals in Europe, the most important of which was a solo recital at the Musikverein in Vienna. He also recorded an album for viola and piano entitled “Moja leta v Dunaju”, which is a very important document, as he is the first Lebanese violist with an international reputation.
