European food summit will be held in November


The second European food summit will be held in November. The gastronomic event will be in Ljubljana.

One of the most important culinary events in Europe will return to Ljubljana this November, after being postponed due to the Coronavirus epidemic. The world’s biggest culinary names and outstanding individuals from the field of cuisine, art, and the media world are coming. The European food summit will be held between 7th and 9th November.

The originally designed program of the event will be carried out only if the health conditions allow the organizer to implement the program in full. If restrictions are adopted due to the coronavirus disease epidemic, the organizer will adjust the program and format of the event accordingly.

The highlight of the three-day event will definitely be on Monday, November 9, at the all-day symposium. Under the baton of Ana Roš, the best chef in the world, recipient of two Michelin stars and ambassador of the World Tourism Organization, and project curator Andrea Petrini, who is considered one of the key people in gastronomy, the speakers will teach, inspire and encourage visitors to think forward. and working for a better and sustainable future.

More than 90% of speakers (chefs, writers, winemakers, theorists, activists and journalists) confirmed their presence at the autumn event, which will open its doors in Slovenia to visitors from all over the world.
