Fitting nicely into the Grand Hotel Union, Atelje’s style and food is a welcome addition to Ljubljana’s restaurant scene.


Helmed by Jorg Zupan, who has studied and worked at some of the best restaurants in the world, Atelje focuses on a honest approach to food and flavours while also constantly exploring and experimenting. Partially due to this experimentation, Atelje’s menu changes often and is short but delicious. Atelje has a modern wooden interior with rustic elements, creating a relaxed atmosphere.
