R. Lakatoš, violin, A. Stockel, clarinet, Ž. Ploj Peršuh, conductor, Slovene Youth Orchestra, 6th Winter Festival,

The violinist Robert Lakatoš and clarinettist Arthur Stockel will be performing as soloists this evening, together with the Slovenian Youth Orchestra under the baton of Živa Ploj Peršuh. R. Lakatoš was the youngest violin student at the Music Academy in Novi Sad, where he now works as a lecturer. He continued his studies at the High School for Music in Zürich, as well as studying under J. Rachlin at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. Lakatoš is also a winner of the renowned Pablo Sarasate International Violin Competition. A. Stockel has become known as a passionate and eclectic musician thanks to his virtuosity and a multi-faceted career as soloist.
