Prešeren Fair
The Prešeren Fair takes place in Kranj each year in the memory of the greatest poet of Slovenia, Dr. France Prešeren. It is one of the most prominent events on the national day of culture.
Cultural institutions will open their gates to impress visitors with the richness of their contents. Visit Prešeren’s House, the Town Hall and the Khislstein Castle, where admission will be free on this day. During your walk around the city, make a stop at the Arts and Crafts Fair.
