Etceteral – Jazz in Narodni dom
Slovenian “new jazz” premiere in Maribor with a new album. Etceteral is a new project by Boštjan Simon, Marek Fakuč and video artist Lina Rice, which explores the dimensions of repetitive polyrhythmic music – “Afro-Futurism”. The game of sequences and samples is complemented by a synthesizer, which responds both to the sound of the saxophone and to the beat of the drum, thus taking on the role of the third member of the band.
