Ana in Slon *Pop Up*

On February 4th 2023, world-renowned chef Ana Roš opened her first bistro in the Slovenian capital – Ljubljana. Ranked as the 9th best chef in the world, Roš is the only Slovenian chef to ever receive two Michelin stars – an accolade she received for her Posočje based Hiša Franko restaurant.

Now, Chef Roš and her team have brought their exceptional cuisine to Hotel Slon, Ljubljana, where they will operate until April 30th 2023. Diners can expect nothing short of the same Michelin-quality cooking that has made Hiša Franko one of the best restaurants in the world.

At her new bistro in Hotel Slon, Chef Ana Roš has introduced a more relaxed concept perfectly suited for a snack, lunch or dinner in the vibrant heart of the city. While staying true to her signature cooking philosophy—which is based on seasonal ingredients and local produce—Roš has created a menu of dishes that are both approachable and delicious.

“The menu is simply fantastic with direct, healthy, heartbreaking, mouthwatering, a bit crazy dishes. A lot of veggies, a lot of fun”, explains chef Ana Roš.

Right now they are taking a short 2 weeks break and they’ll come back even stronger and better with even more creative and colorful creations from March 15th onwards.
